So far I have found it handy 😁😁😁 . I can give it 5 stars if there would be additional yoga poses when there's update and if the pictures can be a real person. Hahaha

Very informative about yoga poses, the benefits behind every pose, and the culture of it all, but seems limited in selection of poses and a bit too open ended for a yoga novice. Better for the more experienced practitioner of yoga.
