In theory, this is a handy little upgrade to the Yahoo utility. However, after SEVERAL attempts of Yahoo sending me a personalized "secret code" I still cannot access my e-mail. I follow the instructions implicitly and still my attempts to log in are rejected. After having an account for upwards of a decade, I can no longer use Yahoo and have uninstalled it from my PC. So frustrating!!!

The app stopped working on my computer. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I still can't log in. It only says to use another device.

I used to love Yahoo, however, lately I have been unable to sign in using any Windows Yahoo app, or even my mail account, unable to sync, saying unable to login, this includes my brand new Windows Surface Pro 4. It is really frustrating, please get it fixed or I will have to transfer everything to another account such as Gmail. Thank you.

I like this app, because it gives me easy access to my Yahoo inbox via the Windows Start Menu. But I haven't been able to use this app as of late because I was logged out and now I can't log back in! Why is this?

years count using yahoo mail.com, its news including its messenger. I get no problem. I trusted the cross checking to identify your real identity when you your information are not right, while you are tying to log in. that is the best service I liked. and if some one tried to get in to your account they will make you know immediately to do some changes if you are not the one who was messing around.

had Yahoo for 8 years and everyone was always on top but this time iv gotten 20 messages and still don't have yahoo.. Even had to go to g-mail. Got on 2 times had over 400 mails deleted all but June, was off line during the sale. Now when I log on I get Sorry can't log on (thekid55ct@yahoo.com) No mail yet because every one knows me as the kid would like to keep thekid yahoo see what you can do Please... David Keeley

I have been a long time yahoomail user and I have had the app on my computer for sometime but recently I have been unable to log in even with the access code sent to my phone that I have to enter. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled with no success. Please fix.

I can't log into this app on my Surface 3!!! I keep getting an error message. I can log in just fine on my phone and through the internet. Uninstalled and reinstalled at least 6 times!! VERY FRUSTRATING.

Not sure why, but this access will no longer allow you to sign into your Yahoo account. Must be the VZ purchase...nice...

I have tried to use this app multiple times. However, it won't let me sign into my email, despite having all the codes and authorizing it from my phone. This app has had several bugs for me, but this one is really the last straw. I am trying to figure out how to move my email from Yahoo. I just want to be able to get access to it, without having to have my phone or tablet to get a code that doesn't work. This security is overkill and doesn't work well at all.

If it were possible I would have given this a 0 rating. I've uninstalled & reinstalled it, and it simply won't work - AT ALL! There was also little relevant help on the site listed here for windows apps.
