Are the servers down? How can we contact support to get a status? My phone wont connect game to servers. Reinst did not help.

Rating system is terrible. Everyone cheats and there's no way to prevent/block players. There should be a way to turn off chat to keep the pervs off of games..

I enjoy the game itself. It has been a common way of spending extra time for at least the past year. While there have always been occasional flash ads, they have become more insistent and ever-present. The ads now strobe. This is very distracting, but worse, it gives me a migraine if I don't cover the lower part of the screen. Ads have gotten so bad that I plan to uninstall game as soon as this round ends.

The tiles seem to come up in planned algorithms that cause you to get all vowels or all consonants for several games. Feels rigged, not random.
