什么功能都残缺，没有消息上传，举报功能也没有

Just changed phones. Still using windows 10. Down loaded app but when I open there is some english but all options are in chinese and I cant see any of my contacts.

In the past Windows WeChat was doing great. But it stopped having updates and lag from the features of iOS and Android WeChat app. Also, many features stopped working with Windows app. Terrible!!!
You know this AP would be a lot better if it didn't log me out or block me from my own account fix this issue please

微信整体处于能用状态，也就是指日常交友的情况下。和朋友间的交流也没问题，因为我是一名轻量级的用户，不需要很多花哨的功能。 然而在支付体验上，我感觉十分差。因为，目前的扫码支付仅支持一些线上的二维码支付。对于线下支付会提示你更新最新版的微信，更别提别人扫你的条形码支付了。总之，这是一款充满发展空间的应用。希望腾讯能推出全新的UWP版本。
