I don't have WeatherBug, how do I get it?

It seems to HAVE to be full screen. I cannot find a way to make it a small window on my laptop. although the information is good to have I want more options. there is hardly anything available in the settings! GIVE ME MORE features and functions

this app works great on a cellphone but it ain't worth **** on the laptop.it can find the city i'm in fine on my cellphone but it can't find **** on my laptop so i'm getting rid of it on the laptop.i will still use it on my cellphone.
