This application does not work in China, regardless of what information customer support tells me, fails.... Website states it works within China but this is not true...

I like having a vpn. I do NOT like having to contact them after EVERY payment that I make to be able to use the app. I do not have the time to contact them to do something that other companies CAN get done. When I make a payment, I expect results ASAP. I have to contact these clowns and tell them that I paid them before I get what I paid for.
