07/05/16 REV: It wouldn't do anything when I selected a file and "Open with", but played great if I opened app first and then selected a file. Re-installing.
ORIG: Plays most everything and is high quality.

This app is great and is a very good replacement for groove music, but you are still using something like windows 8 interface, because of words with lowercase beginning! also, running in background is a critical need
