Vitalyst Help Me kNow
Vitalyst provides expert Microsoft application and device support for business users. The Vitalyst Help Me kNow app allows you to connect with a Vitalyst expert – at the click of a button - for help using Windows 8, Office applications, and devices. Video training content is also available.
To use the app, add your telephone number(s) into the appropriate fields and save. Then, when you need help, simply click the Call Me button next to your preferred number. You will be connected instantaneously with a Vitalyst expert.
Important! - You or your company must have a current subscription to Vitalyst support services, or you will be asked to pay for your support call when you use the service (you can use the “pay by Credit Card” option if you do not have a current subscription).
The Call Me button uses your internet connection to communicate with a service to facilitate a conference call between you and a Vitalyst Productivity Consultant. If you do not have an internet connection, you can dial the support number (from any phone) to access Vitalyst support services.
