With the 2016 Presidential Election approaching, you'll never need to wonder how long exactly it is until Americans cast their vote for the next President of the United States.
U.S. Election 2016 allows you to see the days, hours, minutes, seconds, and even milliseconds until the 2016 Presidential Election. You will also see the days remaining on the live tile or the Windows lock screen (permission to run in the background required). You can then share the remaining time with friends and family using the Windows Share Charm.
If you have a Windows Phone then you'll also find U.S. Election 2016 in the Windows Phone Store too! You'll find a link to the app in the Windows Phone Store in the apps About fly out which is accessible from the Windows Settings Charm.

As far as I've seen it's just a countdown clock, the background never changes, and there is no more to it than that. Maybe when Hillary wins it will do something spectacular?
