Please update this app!!

I am trying to run the app but it just brings up the splash screen and nothing else. Not even an error message. Totally useless at this point. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing.

Terrible. Complicated to navigate and limited usage to iPhones. Provides link to app store for updates as work-around -- then shows no upgrades available. Epic fail at full fare price.

Gets a little buggy with things like flight updates. Also, does not display "TSA PreCheck" symbol on mobile boarding pass through the app.

I don't like people getting beat and dragged off an airplane.

I was using this app to buy tickets. After the purchase completed, I was informed that United overbooked the plane and I would not be allowed to fly. I protested and was assaulted by police officers and my limp body dragged away.

I'm un-installing app because I will no longer be flying United now that they've decided to police the attire of little girl passengers. I'm just not into flying on planes run by Nazis...

I'm getting tired of United at this point. I have a Lumia 950. Great phone. United's app doesn't work. United, themselves, seem to be missing the details. Now it is like Southwest Airlines shoving everyone in rows like cows to board. Their on board snack is a sugar cookie...sigh

Account login, reservation lookup, flight status, check-in, and ticketing all work which is what I'm interested I. Very clearly an old wp8 app but it works.

I used this app nearly weekly as a United frequent flyer. Primarily for boarding pass access, checking in etc. It never worked with in personal flight entertainment, but it did enough. Now it simply no longer loads on my 950XL running W10M. The splash screen appears but the program never loads. I did not want to downgrade my rating, but after three months, several soft resets, uninstall and reinstall and even a hard reset. No joy. App simply does not work.

This used to be a great app but they've gutted it. Book a flight now opens a web page. Much easier now to book on Travelocity or another service.

App decent. Check in & boarding passes work. But it sucks that the in flight entertainment doesn't work. It's not rocket science. The commercials and trailers play for god's sakes but not the movies!!

We need access to the in flight entertainment!! Please make this as functional as other OS apps.

Compare to the United App on other platforms such as iOS, this app has minimum functionality. Need further development, even the UWP support.

Useless app, nearly as useless as the airline itself. Star alliance all the way, but never flying United again.

Slick app. Wish it had the address to the insight entertainment but otherwise its a boss. Check in, e-ticket, flight updates... You can get to your flight w this app. Keep up the good work!

WinMobile Users' money spent flying on United is just as good as Apple and Android users so why don't we have the app entertainment feature also? Besides that major diss, I find the app delays updating account activity info. Because of this glitch, I don't have confidence in the app so I rarely use it, preferring the full website. And to add: Games? Really!? Lame.

United is a $17 Billion dollar company and all they can afford is lazy developers who believe it is acceptable to launch a browser to book a flight. I'll manage without this garbage app, thanks.

When I try to book a flight it sends me to the browser (United web) and over there is really clunky. Please change it so I can book within the app.

The previous version was decent. The newest update just takes you to the united website for anything you need to do. And what about inflight entertainment???

Will not let me scan my passport required to get a boarding pass. The app sucks and so does United Airlines.

I do wish this app had the entertainment features of their other apps, but it works well for checking in, boarding passes, and checking flight statuses, which is all I really use it for. Recently my TSA Pre-Check status also started showing up on my mobile boarding passes, so that is super useful.

The last update allowed the app to function again in windows 10. Please continue to update to remove the obvious but minor glitches. This app is better than the ones provided by other airlines.

I've been using United app on my Windows Phone, but recently it has been failing to open. It starts, then silently closes on Windows Phone 10. I want it back.

This service targets travers. Travelers need to access tgeir information on many different machines. Windows 10 runs on multiple machines or all sizes and united.com just ignores it? Wow! Won't install this until Its built for win 10. Thanks.
