Works. They fixed the pool/crash problem. My only pressing issue at the moment is searching for the location. When I start typing the address numbers, the first places that pop up are all the way in europe/asia. Also other platforms, they don't even need the address for commercial locations, they just type in the name of the place. Which I could save addresses as well (ex: Home/work)

Love uber. But this app has just one issue that the other platforms don't have: choosing the destination is really hit and miss - I can type the name of a well known international airport and it doesn't know it. However if I type the name of an esoteric donut shop it knows it right away. Otherwise the regular updates have fixed all the other issues I've had in the past.

It works well here in Indonesia. However, regular update is urgently required due to stability issue. Also, please enrich locations including popular building and spots on search box when ordering!

Background power consumption is too high!!!! Inaccurate address resolution, even if I point exact place on map. Sent wrong drop address even if I put exact street address. Need to call driver in 90% of times.

all rideshare apps have this same issues. Usually due to user error. A lot of updates fixed most problems. The ability to TIP YOUR DRIVER still is not part of this app. Uber obviously likes working drivers into road rage. Or I've always wanted the ability to use the same driver again. But that's a different app. The app not putting the pin at the address you type requested gets irritating for both rider and driver. It puts it where it thinks is better. Like the middle of the interstate. Or in the general area of 500-60001 Block of Main Ave. I only use the PC version to see where all the rideshare workers are since I'm a driver too. Yeah big shock I know. Oversaturated market much? Soon no one will need this app since everyone is a doing rideshare.

App was working but not a great experience. Often my app would default to uber eats or limo when I just want an uber pool or normal uber. Often find I have to turn off my phone to make the app work properly.

Search result in Philippines is terrible. Theres no way to get a correct search result. you need to do it manually. Performance really is kinda disappointing. Keeps getting error that location is off but its not. Searching location is terrible at most part. Is it bcoz of Microsoft map? Needs improvement in terms of launch speed. Lumia 950XL

windows app is outdated now, it shows higher charges than on the mobile app. needs to be updated, please do. not picking the phone up to book an uber seems convenient sometimes.

Still not being able to have locations automatically appear, rather entire addresses need to be entered. Acceptable in 2008, but not today. Lyft is the way to go for rides on WM10. Ive had Uber on my phone since 2015, and this STILL hasnt been fixed. Complete crap

After many trips uber doesn't trust me and it blocks my account. Then I don't trust uber. Consider me a lost customer and free bad publicity.

I have HTC Windows phone.The app is closing,showing ERROR ,after submitting for ride the.I am not able to get "driver arrived " or map,to see where the ride ,or any other notifications.I have to stand on a street and guess the car.App changing to normal after trip is complete.Please fix it

The Uber app won't fully open at all its open for a second then it crashes. I've tried reinstalling it and opening it and still has problem.
