This app is beautifully simple, as well as just plain beautiful. Frankly, I don't know WHAT those other reviewers are talking about when they give this app such outlandishly negative reviews. (One star? Are you serious? And no, I don't work for, nor does anyone I know work for Tonido.)

I've installed and tested many file\multimedia servers on Windows and Linux machines... this works super easy. 1st: install the server software on the machine with all your files (central server) then 2nd install this app on RT and Pro machines. ALSO: you can access ALL your files via your HTTP browser (http://yourname.tonidoid.com)... AND there are apps for IOS, Blackberry and Android.

I have tried over the past several days to use the app to transfer files between my server and my laptop. The application closes when ever I try to upload files, or even when it sits doing nothing in the background.

I love the fact that I can now access my files in a more user friendly and aesthetic platform, however it's not perfect and with a few easy changes it could be perfect. The first thing I ran into was trying to log in. I know this is a minor gripe but it really degrades the user's confidence if it's easier to log into a browser view then the app. The second thing I ran into was that when I tried to play a video the player said it didn't support the filetype and when I tapped the "use other player button nothing happened. You have an extremely good product here and I would be more then willing to pay for an app that's this useful if you just made a few tweaks. You really deserve 5 stars because this is hands down my main go-to app on a fresh install but these minor issues really need to get dealt with before I can give you that last star. Thanks so much for reading!

This program fails to work in the most fundamental way. I have used the version for android, and it fails to play movies over LTE. This program, however, fails to display complete screens. If there are no items at a level (no matter what that level is) it fails to show a back arrow !!!! you have to quit the program and start over.

just says choose account from settings menu and there is no account to choose from. Totally not intuitive, wtf am I supposed to do. Desktop versions works fine.

won't connect. Tells me unable to connect to server even though I can connect through IE. Disappointed.

If it does connect locally the navigation is awful. Tonidio is a great idea but it is still filled with bugs!

Not able to see any of my files. Able to log in and see all the drives that I have sharing but nothing beyond that. Please fix.

It connects fine. It displays fine. I am unable to play some files, and unable to select another player to open with.

At first it seemed I could not get my account added, but if you put in the URL http://YOUR_CLOUD_NAME.tonidoid.com (mainly meaning remember to add http:// part, then it should work).
This app is much more touch friendly than the browser, I recommend using it!

We have been using Tonido across our team for sharing and syncing. Works great, I can access all the files in my PC from anywhere. I like the app better than the current browser UI. Great must-have app.

Just use the normal desktop app. This one doesn't connect to your server.
