I love the Week. No question it is a jewel of global news aggregation. However, listing this as "Free" is deceiving. It is not free. After one installs it, then one can see there is nothing free but the right to buy it. I HAVE NO PROBLEM paying for it. BUT listing it as Free is deceptive, and shows that the people running the digital are lacking ethics or getting paid per download. Either way, this this approach is not good for a Brand like the week. Love the Week....Shame on the digital folks who are pushing this

As a brit living in the States, this news feed is vital for my sanity. Unlike the heavily commercial, partisan and almost exclusively US focused media outlets like HLN, FOX and CNN, 'The Week' provides balanced coverage of UK concerns with a dash of key global events.

I've been a huge fan of the week uk for 13 years and wouldn't be without it. But I switched to reading online on a win8 tablet a year ago and the app is so riddled with bugs it is a disgrace. The tech team need to subscribe to the economist for a week to see how a magazine app should work.

I've been reading The Week US edition for several years and love it, but I am English by birth and personality and when I found out The Week has a UK issue I had to try it. I like the fact that the concept and layout are the same and I believe I will find it an excellent way of staying abreast of what's happening in my homeland.
