When using the app on a 1920x1080 and above pc, some of the controls are no longer visible.

Utilizing Microsoft's Surface Pro, the app run flawlessly & beautifully. Highly recommended and extremely good value when compared to the kindle's eBook version: no animation, interactivity, or option to be read to. Looking to purchase more titles from the same publishers.

Expected more for the price. Very basic touch interaction. Good first attempt but needs to be priced accordingly.

Who doesn't love Dr. Seuss. This is a nice interactive book for kids. On one page the audio was garbled. Also after I read through the story I was taken to the start screen again but I wasn't able to play the book again. I had to close the app and restart it. Once those are fixed this will be perfect for my granddaughters (and me).

My son loves Dr. Seuss books and it is great to see them in Windows 8, I just wish they use the full screen instead of only half of it.

I love The Cat in the Hat, and this is the full story. If that's enough for you, then it's a solid buy. It is not wide-screen, though, so it is boxed off on my 16:9 tablet and it isn't using half my screen, which is pretty sad. It also feels like there could have been a lot more done to bring it to life. I was hoping for some real eye-catching visuals. I expect more from modern tablet apps than flat pages that don't seem alive, especially for a work as well known and loved as The Cat in the Hat.

This is one of my favorite title(s) by the publishing company on my other mobile platforms. I'm so delighted it made it to Windows Store Apps! Please keep bringing the others, my daughter loves to read these.
