1st impressions tend to matter. In this case the 1st impression is also the last. Upon opening there's essentially nothing to see or to guide a customer through viewing content. iPad and Android apps are user friendly at the start. This left me wondering what TED talks were, and if there was any way to learn from them.

Love Ted Talks, listen to it on my smart phone, but the app does absolutely nothing when I try to launch it on my laptop. I played with the few setting offered and still nothing. I am very disappointed. I will now remove it from my computer, sigh........

I LOVE TED TALKS. However. This app which I downloaded to my Windows laptop, simply doesn't work. The little windows appear on the homepage, but when I clicked on any of them, absolutely nothing happened except for the little spinning circle for a few seconds. There is nowhere to search for a specific TED talk that you're looking for, either. Uninstalling. Sigh.

This is not Ted Talks officially and the picture made me download it...until I continued looking and realized the official ted talks company app was available. It's cool to offer an alternative app for people, but this kind of misleading advertising makes me think "Is this a trustworthy app?" I decided no and cancelled the install. You will gain more customers with honest and clear information. I will respectfully try the app out and most certainly increase my rating if you make this change. Thank you, a concerned customer

What good is a player that does not support searching topics, speakers, or past shows? Prompt uninstall.

There are like 6 talks, no search or browse function, numerous text errors. I mean come on, just finish it before you release it, I know it's free but WTF. Starts up for me but that shouldn't be a redeeming factor.
