Generally, you get what you see and do on the connected remote pc. However, there are some drop out issues from time to time requiring going through a reconnection procedure.

I gave four stars because the Windows App is inferior to the Splashtop for Business exe program. Windows App takes a long time to load and search.

Everything works great and a seamless process- big bonus is the cost for annual subscription - far less than some of the other reputable competitors. Customer service was very accommodating too.

this app lacks sos, multi monitor viewing. i like the service, but will have to uninstall this app and get the real program.

The program works well. There are times that it looses connection. Other times the keyboard mapping doesn't work.
