App doesn't synch with my data, have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work once. Then it un-synchs again.

Thought I'd try again after the Android version turned out to be such a disappointment. When you start app, you have only 2 screens: Enter email and enter password. Since I had an account already, a password hint is emailed to your email. So, entered pass but app says it's the wrong one - but it matches their own hint. So what to do? Those are the only two options the app presents - no Help, no FAQs. Oh, it DOES warn you that you're about to run out of tries... Splashdata used to be terrific on Palm but no more. Oh, well...

The app doesn't sync with my data. I have a paid subscription for SpalshID but am going to get rid of it because it doesn't work.

App remains stuck on the splash screen upon launch, no possible interaction with it other than closing it down. Unstalling and reinstalling to no avail... This pro customer is really unhappy now, as i do use the app regularly, when it works, that is.

I have used Splash products for years. I love there products...there was a time I thought they abandon the Windows Phone, but they came back with a superior product....thank you!!

Using Windows phone 8.1 update 2. I've been waiting for the new version for the phone since the old one didn't work either. It worked the minute I downloaded. Then after closing the app and returning several hours later, no data. Shows 0 categories and 0 records. I can only access SplashID when at home (on the Windows 10 app) or where I can access the web version.
