There are only three free templates here. A survey, a list and a quiz. Basically a blank page with nothing to use (unless you want to muddle about with their survey, list or quiz). No easy instructions or icons to follow. Most apps can be figured out just by opening them, this one not so much. You're on your own here. Guess I'll stick with Excel and ActiveX, where the possibilities are endless.

I have used multiple online survey tools. I was looking for an offline solution so I can do face-to-face surveys in underserved communities. Everything about this app is so terribly non-intuitive. All the language, icons...there is nothing that helps me know how to create a survey as the app description promises. I'm just glad I didn't pay for this. I will now delete it.

It has streamlined my work, looks classy with clients and no more paper forms on my desk! Possibility to capture image, signature and import/export template across devices is spot-on for my requirements. Great customer service as well, answered all my questions almost instantly.

Kudos to the developers. The app is well structured, fully functional, touch friendly, and very flexible. This is a great tool for creating digital forms and surveys. Keep it up!

Just Downloaded it about an hour ago, and I am blown away with some of the features of this app. Would recommend it to anyone who needs to build quick functional forms.
