Shuffle Party is back for Windows 8! Compete in various shuffleboard games using your Xbox Avatar! Played this originally on Windows Phone and thought it was kind of fun, so I downloaded the Windows 8 version. While the core gameplay is roughly the same, I'm assuming this was made for a touchscreen experience. I say this because I'm being forced to play with just the mouse (the WORST controller for this game) making required finesse shots in Challenge mode next to impossible. There are no options to allow for different control schemes, puck speeds, or any configurations of any type aside from the Pro Shop skins. On top of that, there are no forums or help pages - not even a basic manual is provided for new players. If you're just playing for fun, or don't care about fully completing the Challenge mode, then you might be ok with just a mouse. Outside of that, the learning curve for using the mouse controls is so steep that I would argue most people would find this title unplayable and frustrating. Even for a free game, that's disappointing to say the least.

I love the game on my tablet. But it's horrible on pc. On pc when I open the app it shows a red screen, then closes automatically. Until it is fixed 1 star. :(
