Are you attending PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) East this week? Then Pocket PAX is the app for you! Disclaimer: This app is in no way affiliated with Penny Arcade or their Gaming Expo (PAX). PAX and Penny Arcade are both trademarked by Penny Arcade, Inc. Pocket PAX is the perfect companion when attending Penny Arcade Expo's (PAX). Packed in you will find an offline version of the Official Schedule, and all panel information is searchable, allows for location filtering. If the PAX schedule changes for some reason Pocket PAX has you covered with it’s built in ability to download schedule updates. Pocket PAX also allows you to build your own custom schedule which will be viewable within the "My Schedule" view and will also generate a notification that remind you 1 hour before the panel begins. You can also depend on Pocket PAX to give you access to the latest PAX information feeds like the official RSS News Feed and three very important twitter streams, @pax_lines, @official_pax & @paxparties. Maps are also included, they are zoomable and provide detailed information of the convention space. All of Pocket PAX’s functionality is pinable on your start screen for fast access, so try holding on launch items to be presented with pinning options.

Has the essentials, works well enough despite some annoyances (can't customize or disable reminders, unremovable ads, no calendar integration). Probably the best option considering the lack of an official Guidebook app.
