Photo Slider for me is one of the most ESSENTIAL apps for Windows 10.
If you need an all-purpose photo editor, this is what you need.
PROS:
● Works OFFLINE
● Super simple interface
● No watermark on output photos
● All the features you need, for free
● Easy to use even for beginners
CONS
● "Masking" feature is limited in the free version

It's a good enhancement app and has a decent selection of filters. I'd love it if it had more touch up effects, but it's good enough as a stand alone.

I love this apps many ways to tinker and mess around with photos to get them just the way you want them. My wallpaper came from this app! Though one thing that would make this app even better is if you could add text to the photos. But if there already is a way to do this, please reply to this commet and tell me how. Other than that this app has to be best editor out there. =D
