Difficult to choose a location different from where you are located. E.g. I live in NJ and I have to use the web version in order to reserve a table in NYC. Even going beyond my immediate catchment area is difficult and today it says that I have no network connection - just as I am providing this feedback being connected. The only time I was able to successful book using this application, was for a restaurant less than 5 miles from my home. Otherwise, it's been pretty useless.

App functions fairly well, although gives an error message in the reviews section. Also, I do not receive any points when I reserve at participating restaurants - have to use the website to get dining credit!

It doesn't work on Windows 10. Open Table works fine on my phone and iPad. Fix it.

It is missing what the mobile app has. Like the drilling down of cuisine and picking the price range the customer is looking for. It kind of is a let down from using the mobile app

My mobile app (Android) works great, however this app version is terrible. I can't find a "settings" button; it won't let me enter a restaurant name (although there is a box for that); and requires my location to select local restaurants even though I enter the area in the "Location" box. It keeps showing an old contact number I entered awhile ago and can't change it permanently to my new number. Have to change it manually each time I use the app. The design is very simple and lacks any quality appearances. Functionally inadequate.

I've used open table since 2009. This version is miserable and difficult to use. Lucky I also have it on my iPhone and that version is great. But, I'd like to use it here and hope they fix it soon as it's very very disappointing.

I have tried signing into the app with my existing account and it won't work. Cannot signin with Facebook and cannot sign in with OpenTable account.

The app is ok, but on Windows 10 it appears to be buggy. I cannot login to Open Table using Facebook, and the UI could be better geared for desktops.

Date and time entry is painful, which is a significant point of the application. Additionally could be updated to properly support menu design with Windows 10.
Otherwise works as designed and easy to make reservations.

It won't let me sign in, nor show menu's. I had to go to the website to do both. While thankful we actually had a Windows app. Updating to a UW10 app would be even better. Please fix/update. Thank you in advance.

This app being a Windows 8 app feels awkward to use under Windows 10. It is missing the Windows 10 UI elements, and even the hamburger menu. The restaurant photos in this appear don't appear to be the same photos in the OpenTable website.
I would like for this app to make use of toast notifications so I can be alerted about my reservation. I even wished that after making a reservation that a button was available to add to my calendar.
Despite the drawbacks, I will continue to use this app instead of the OpenTable website. I hope it will receive a much-needed update for the Windows 10 Universal Windows Platform (UWP) platform. It would be great to use this one app for my Windows 10 desktop/tablet, Windows 10 mobile, and in the future HoloLens.
