OneDiary
OneDiary helps you remember important information such as credentials (user name and password), debit or credit card numbers, events, registration numbers, phone numbers, pnr etc... simply it acts as an extension to your memory.
This application has roaming capabilities that lets you store your data on cloud, that means you can enter your data from your laptop, the same data can be accessed from your desktop, or any Windows device. You can write notes even when you are not connected to internet.
Auto Lock screen helps you protect your data by locking the application when you leave your device unattended.
Encryption allows the user to protect the data through user generated password, though encryption is optional. This assures that your data is completely safe.

Recently diagnosed with MCI - Mild Cognitive Impairment - I have added One Diary to my Cognitive Tool box - recording daily journal entries. I find One Diary's simplicity of design and operation fits perfectly into my current life style. Right now I am sitting in coffee shop watching cars rush by and thinking about the day. Next stop the gym - exercise helps keep the mind agile.
