App works, renders well. It hasn't been updated to modern standards. It's stuck in fullscreen making it a pain to use for reference books for example.

Very easy to navigate.

Nook readers don't get coupons or any kind of discounts. what a rip off we should have some kind of buy back program.. Nook really bites the big one.

I've used Nook a long time. I love that I can read on my tablet & then when I'm out I can read from my phone. Nook keeps track of where I am across devices. Also appreciate the notes function for when a passage inspires me to comment or perhaps return later to further research something. And you just can't beat an e-reader for travel. My library is always available!

I like the fact that I can go from front to back of a great novel or magazine

I like that you can read a sample before purchase and that the books are available on all my nook apps.

Extremely buggy program crashes very consistently when archiving. Calibre is way better

I find it very easy to purchase and read eBooks on NOOK and purchased from Barnes and Noble. I do not understand why the eBooks cost this much.

unable to exit full screen and move nook app to second monitor, unusable until I can move nook to second monitor and not have it full screen

Needs an update for Windows 10. Could not find my archived books

It is great and I don't have to worry about damaging the books I read while traveling

Not as easy to use as a NOOK itself, but this app does do a good job of handling books. I have the app on my laptop and my tablet so I have lots to read no matter which machine is in my hands.

only problem is how to close it... I always do force closing... any help

It's so easy to use it's simply crazy.. Importing books is a no brainer as well a must have app makes reading books and magazine's enjoyable.

I like that I can take multiple books with me everywhere and it doesn't take up much room. Since Nook interfaces with Barnes & Noble, there seems to be a never-ending supply of reading material both old & new.

I am happy with Nook S-2's performance since I bought this almost a year ago. I enjoy using the NOOK.

Plenty of books are included and at reasonable prices.

I don't have to read on small nook. I can read on computer and make text big. I like it all.

Always something to read.

I love the fact that you can read in the dark with the Nook and the selection is amazing !!

I have reading apps that I use for other things & should be able to use for reading but I do not like that you can not use a book reader app to read nook books. I have a chronic eye condition & when it flares up I am blind for a couple days until the drops take affect & would like to use a reading app to read to me when this occurs. Buying an audio book is simply way too expensive to entertain the thought. Other than that I like nook books.

Love the Nook app!

The old "Nook for PC" program was better. I hate the tablet interface, because I'm not on a tablet. I'd use the web reader, but that doesn't work well either (Can't change background color or font size).

Works seamlessly to pull together all the misc files outside of mobi files into one place to read. The only drawback is the inability to place files into categories.

I have been using the original nook for many years and will probably keep using it as my first choice. With the app I cannot enlarge the font as much as with the nook. The non glare screen of the nook is easier to use in bright light than this tablet. That's not the app's fault. I find I need to always bookmark the last page in was on as it doesn't always open to that page automatically as the nook does. It is easy to navigate within the book.

1. can't resize the screen so you can read and have something else up on computer 2. can't change the page turning as you can on iphone and in earlier versions...

This app is very user-friendly, compared to all the PC-based applications I've found. After suffering three strokes, I can't physically handle books anymore, so I depend on my laptop and NOOKs for reading.

It has the best books and such a huge variety. just wish it would've recognized my gift card

Reading books on my Nook app is convenient and has lightened by load when traveling. Thank you Nook!
