when you are losing your audience and your product doesn't work and you don't know how to fix it or can't or won't blame your inability on someone else. blame it on the Russians everyone else is. fix the product or get rid of it. I would be embarrassed to put my name on something that doesn't work. Seems like a scam to get me to buy something else. If I was Roger, I'd get my name off this product before I lose my credibility. Forgot Roger has none. maybe you should submit the problem to our national electric grid management team; they have ignored their problem since the NYC blackout. Good Luck. P.S. First thing, it plays advertising video, and no button to mute the sound! Have to scramble to use phone volume button's, and meanwhile everyone in the office is trying to see who's not working! I can't just sneak a peek, so this is getting uninstalled immediately!

Only rated this low here because this app in its entirety is already included at NFL for Windows. THAT is the app to get, especially for a pc. Don't bother with owning or downloading this app all by itself if you have NFL for Windows. Can't speak for mobile or other device users. Strictly for pc users only.

When it works it is great too bad that never happens. It has zero options when it gives you an error to correct the error. Has no user interface functions. Worthless, they could have had the same function on their website and paid less than half and now I cannot watch any football. So thanks, and do not download this
