I like the app. I'm not sure I prefer it over the website

I really like the interface. No problems on my Stream 7.

This app desperately needs an update to modern(Read: Windows 10 UI) standards. It's almost unusable on desktop in its current form.

I like everything I bought.

Newegg is the only place I shop for computer parts. I have built a few over the last 10 years and I only shop Newegg. Prices are cheap and customer service can't be beat! I have had to RMA a few items over the years and have never had 1 issue with returning an item that I had issues with. I love the site and their customer support so much that I continuously window shop for new parts and ideas, wish lists make it easy for creating your next big build 1 part at a time or as a complete setup, you get to decide what you want. Other sites want to sale you completely built pc's with the hardware they want to sale, Newegg lets you choice each and every piece. You get the brands you want, not what they want to offer!

app keep crashing

Crashes almost everytime I use it. Not worth the hasle. Use the website instead.

I've never had a bad experience, while buying from Newegg. Everyone is so pleasant in customer service and I always recommend them to others, who like buying computers or components. Thanks Newegg!

Almost unusable in it's current form.

I like the fact that I can go online and order what I nd without the aggravation that I get in a local store.

It's a pretty standard shopping app, but works competently enough. I enjoy using it from time to time.

Good discount house and parts supplier. I have always found what I needed. Never had to return a product from them.

Things I do not like; it does not allow choices of the seller you want; keeps shutting off whenever I pick a chase; I do not like the lay out of the app. The ways I think this app can get better at is allowing people to pick the seller they want to buy from. Not shut down when a Phanteks case is picked. Allow choice of ssd on components.

I have used Newegg for years and always have had excellent service. The app for windows10 makes surfing and ordering that much easier.

Great place to find and shop for all my tech and fun things.
