I am surprised that new egg 🥚 is maintaining the app. They fixed the product details bug😊. New egg does a better job squashing bugs than Microsoft does on their own platform with their own app

If you are signed into your account you will not be able to view item details. If you would like to see details of items you must not be signed into an account. You must be signed into an account, however, to place items on your wish list or in your shopping cart. This makes this app quite useless unless you only want to window shop. This fix was tested on both Windows Phone 8.1 and 10.

I am a fan of the older pivot style apps rather than hamburger menu Windows 10 Mobile apps. I was using my iPhone next to my Lumia 950 to browse the Newegg apps and I very much prefer the Windows phone variant as it just looks so much more appealing and while I haven't bought anything using the mobile app yet, I kind of strayed away in favor of Amazon Prime. I'm back though Newegg!

I can view the home page, browse items by category, even log into my account and view purchase history. But when I tap an item for details, either something new or from purchase history, I just get a constant loading screen. I'm even connected to my home Wi-Fi.

App opens, I can look at everything, but then click on something and it never loads. *** happened? This used to be a great app.

This app looks great. Loads fine. Until i found an item i wanted to look at. Then the page would not load... I assumed it was part of the issue mentioned in previous reviews.... Then i re installed the app and it works great now.

A very nice looking app, however very hard to navigate. The app lacks features the web version offers. It's nice to see an app made by the company that offers the service, but this app could use some work.

Loved this app until it stopped loading product pages a few months ago. Still try it why once in a while.

Efficient, like the comparison feature. Cannot copy the tracking number for fedex. Either allow copying of of the tracking number or include it with the link when one presses it to track.

Love that Newegg supports Windows Mobile, especially since I'm a big customer of theirs. -1 star because sometimes items don't load.

Worked great for a while now its annoying. Been using this app for probably a couple of years on my aging Lumia 920. Never a problem until recently. Can't view items if I am logged into my account. Have to log out to view items and add to cart or wish list. Then have to log back in to use cart or wish list and log back out to view other items. App needs an update.

12/3/16 , recently came onto a big bug. Browsing though Newegg works, but products themselves "do not load". Thumbnails and daily deals and shell shocker sections work. But trying to view an "actual" product, does not work. completely uninstalled Newegg, problem was temporarily fixed. Recently came back after switching to my other Newegg account. Possible culprit, " switching account profiles". Devs please fix.

Below review still stands, but I am upping it to 4 stars (from 3)...i fixed product details not loading by removing and re-adding the Newegg app to my phone...much better now. "Original review: I like the mobile deals,, app structure, organization, and search/filtering options but recently product details fail to load with wifi on or off...maybe I need to clear my cache & cookies? ;-)"

It fails to load product page for items and never let me put things in my cart. The older version worked better. I know I have a Windows phone and go against the grain but that gives no right for poor app.

App works great easy to use. I can see all the deals, place orders , track orders, change account information, etc etc. I would expect Newegg to make a great app considering their technical based market. They delivered with this. 5/5

It would be great if it didn't glitch out every 5 seconds especially on the wish list section that hardly works and half the time it won't let me pin things to the start or add anything to my wish list

Doesn't let me add a single item to my cart as everything's greyed out. So essentially to me, it is a great product browser. Yes I'm signed in.
