Netflix is awesome..... Although every now and then the app tells me it can't. play the title. When I get this message i speed test my internet speed with ookla. My download speed is always 30mg or higher so it has to be a problem with the app. My xbox is also hard wired. And online gaming is always smooth. Please fix this issue

I love Netflix, but the app for my PC recently shut down and won't allow me to open it or even reinstall it.

I don't know much about this area, but I think it has a bug or something that avoids me from open it, or if I can, It closes whenever it wants to. Needs improving

Watching videos works great, with one exception on my PC. I use the optical out to send audio to a receiver, and for some reason the Netflix app is always at max volume, no matter what volume setting I lower on my PC. This is the only app on my PC that behaves this way. It would be great if this issue could be fixed. Another minor issue, is that the progress of videos I've watched doesn't appear as expected in this app, but works fine in other Netflix apps on my Xbox One and smart TVs. Some videos show no progress bar on this app when there should be.

ever since the last update, netflix starts autoplaying previews if you leave your cursor on a title for a couple seconds. you can't just sit in the meu anymore. it's super annoying.

I really liked watching Netflix on my pc but when I try to get onto it now it says that "Netflix is currently unavailable to you" and then it says go to the app store. I tried updating it, but that didn't work so now I don't know what to do. If you can please fix this problem that would be great.

Its awesome, but it could have more variety of series and movies. but other than that's its perfect.

well the update makes it error out half way through anything... don't like the update... and mostly at the begining

I love watching Netflix on my phone but on my Pc it always crashes, sometimes it works for a while and other times I just give up. I constantly find myself restarting my computer and shutting it down to try and make it work. I would use it way more if it worked correctly.

I've had Netflix for several years now. I LOVE that we have Netflix Originals now. MOST of the shows are great with the exception most of them are rated MA. I have no desire for watching anything that focuses on sexual behavior instead of the story which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I would like for there to be a description of why the show is MA. Nudity, violence, etc... Anyway, love Netflix & won't be giving it up anytime soon.

here lately it takes 1-3 restarts to play a single episode. not sure why but its a giant pain in the rear

The service is great and all but whenever I log into Netflix and wanna watch a TV show or movie, it'll load for a while and say there was a problem and they can't play that movie or show that I want to watch

there is limited anime and they don't have other seasons for some anime even though those seasons already finished a while ago AKA fairtail add season 2 PLEASE ASAP I'm not gonna wait 5 years for the net season to come out btw plz put more anime in with English faster because youtube sometimes is faster why don't I just pay for youtube for no ads!

Every time i play a title on the PC version on both my laptop and my desktop, the title wont play...it will say... "Whoops something went wrong" then i will rehit the button to play and it will play. I have no idea what's wrong.

well if it worked as advertised when i first launched the app I would easily give it 5 stars, but it doesn't. you first have to launch the app, then choose what you want to watch, then sit and wait for the error message to tell you something went wrong. then, launch the app again and choose your show and it will play. this did not used to be the case. FIX IT

Who ever had the F'ing Idea to have certain movies for down load, you tell that S.O.B great freaking Idea!!!! I love you Netflix. I'm a Divorce my first wife for you, and name my first son after you, Netflix Richards. I'm kidding. Love the down load feature for real tho.
