Search functionality works better than expected. The only missing things: Can't enable sound anymore - settings are messed up somehow. Also, the XBox360 controller support is second class, it seems that sometimes button presses are missed. Otherwise totally awesome!

They claim that this app can emulate other game systems, but I primarily use it for my NES collection. It's not a perfect emulator, but it seems to run more stable than most of the others that I've downloaded and is extremely easy to set up. Add a controller and you're in business!

NesBox makes it easy to play classic games that you own but can no longer play due to ware and tear on those old consoles and cartridges.

I first discovered this when I first got windows 8 a while back. I liked it right away because it worked with every rom I wanted to use. I found I liked it even more shortly after that when I discovered it had xbox controller support. That's my number one favorite feature! It has nothing to you need to configure to make it work, it just simply works! You can reassign keys as needed and use controllers as well. I haven't used anything but an xbox controller but it works perfectly! This app has let me relive so much of my childhood, it's amazing :D Big thanks to the NESBOX CREW!!!
