I didn't have any problems installing the app in Windows 10, and while it does ask for access to user account information (why is that?), I just say no. The app itself is exceptionally powerful and the interface is beautiful. I'm particularly impressed with the 3D rendering and touch navigation. On a Surface, it's the perfect solution. The only thing it's lacking for me, is multi-frame DICOM support. Any ETA on when that will be available? Big thumbs up though guys, it's a top app.

does not show the xrays like it should. says that it could not load pictures

Yes it is the only one that is a dedicated Windows 10 app, but I get errors every time I try to view coronal views that have already been reconstructed from the original axials and then burned onto a CDROM. I need to see both the contiguous axials and the re-formatted coronals, so this is still flawed.

The app has great features and enables image viewing in a very intuitive and professional way. Very user-oriented, great work!

There is nothing compared with this Viewer. Highly recommended.
Works perfect with Surface Pro 3 using touch or pen.
