One of the best YouTube app with fluent design. Microsoft should learn from this app and design their core apps instead of working on apps from android and iOS.

Hopefully this is slated for a future update, but the media remote isn't fully supported. The fast forward and rewind buttons on it do not work. It's a very small gripe. This is so heads and shoulders better than the YT app.

Finally I can watch 60 fps videos, see and use comments and even have background music. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the pop ups, but if you don't want to see them, pay the ONE DOLLAR like the rest of us.

If you want a designated app to watch YouTube videos on your PC, look no further. This app is clean, beautiful, and simple to navigate, with regular updates coming your way (and you can always try the beta app for more previews). I've tried multiple YouTube clients, but this one is by far the best, and the ninety-nine cents you'll pay is worth it to support some of the Windows Store's best developers.

Mytube is very buggy on an Alcatel Idol 4s. Especially while starting a video and hitting the back button, it makes the app unresponsive. Sometimes when selecting a video, it will not play and again the app becomes unresponsive to the point my phone restarts suddenly.

Give it a try people, this is the best youtube app on windows PC and phone. Responsive, has most features and just works. Developers have paid attention to every detail and made sure to iron out every small bug. Super effort, keep it up and keep improving!

I have Surface Pro 4 and I'm trying to install the in but stop download and they say there is an error, I have using this app in my old laptop and two phone and it is work there but here I don't what the problem

There is an error while trying to play downloaded music or video. Pls fix, it's a great feature but it has to work.

Love the look and feel. Beautiful. Love the whole UX. We're all looking for the best YouTube app (since Google is a jerk), and for the first time I think I might switch from long-time favorite Metrotube. UPDATE: Years later, I am currently re-discovering MyTube, but now on the PC. Way better than using youtube.com because I can open right to my subscriptions instead of seeing all of youtube's "suggested" content. The developer has done a great job keeping the UI up-to-date and is even incorporating Fluent-like effects already. Best YouTube app on Windows!

Coming from an iPhone and using the available official YouTube app for it, I can very confidently say that this app for Windows is actually better in almost every way! One feature that's actually not even available in the official YouTube app for iOS that is available here in this Windows app is the ability to control the speed of the video i.e. 1x, 2x etc. There are no obvious features missing. Keep up the good work!

Got to recognize the value of the app given that not many developers dedicate so much effort into making a quality application for this store. The amount of features is great and the care for ui is exceptional. One aspect I wish gets worked on is battery life, perhaps I use myTube a lot but found out that I need to be careful with the usage since the impact is considerable.
