I get an error message saying "couldn't get trip it updates, sorry!" Not very helpful.

Worked great in the past. Since April 2017, the Windows 10 version of MyTrips no longer allows the user to sign-in. I can think of few apps more important to business users than MyTrips, which connects to TripIt. This is one of the best examples of a common app readily available on Android and iPhones, but no longer available for Windows 10. (By the way, the same app on my Windows phone seems to be working fine.) UPDATE: Working again on Windows 10. I upgraded my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Let's see how long it continues to work.

It is a good way of viewing your TripIt trips in Windows. But unfortunately, it looks like the developer has moved on. I relied on the live tile to keep me up to date on my upcoming trips. But the tile seems to have stopped working on all my desktop devices. I have been sending in bug reports, but haven't heard anything back from the developer.
