With the new free music app MUSIC MAKER JAM for Windows you can make your own amazing tracks - it's fun and fast! Simply start the app, choose three free music styles and start combining sounds to make your own songs. I love the app and I have it on my android phone but when I use it for windows it doesn't have a sign out/ sign in option for me to sign into my other account which is where all my music is i'm tryna make music but i'm not gonna buy the packs twice please help me out here. please make my music making process easier

I loved this app used it almost everyday made a lot of beats but now the program wont open I cant do anything. PLEASE FIX!! I really don't want to lose my beats

HI! I'm unable to log in to my account, because I used my "Facebook" account through the mobile app to log in, which the option is not available in this PC app. I'm concerned because I want access to my account that has purchases.. I've tried contacting the customer support provided but the line would hang up rather than connecting to an agent, and I'm unfortunately not getting any response through the email, except the generated email, notifying that someone would contact me shortly.. I've tried looking to see if there was an add an email, through the mobile version, where I created my account, but that option isn't available either. I have an account ID, but the availability to use that as a means to access my account through PC doesn't exist.. What would be the suggestion to trouble shoot this issue? :)

Help page on site provides no help for creating Music on Windows PCs... You can only edit Presets they give you. What kind of music app is that? Please make this user-friendly and actually let people make music instead of editing presets.
