Moja mBanka

Our Mobile Banking service will allow you to follow, in a fast and simple manner, by using your mobile phone, changes in your accounts as well as to make various transactions. Raiffeisen MOBILE Banking Application offers you at any time the following options: - Information on account balance and transactions - Information on loans and payment cards - Payments of pre-defined bills free of charge - Exchange operations – buying and selling of foreign currency - Funds transfer between dinar accounts - Funds transfer between foreign currency accounts without currency conversion - Locating nearest branch offices through Google Maps - Information on the daily foreign exchange rates - Automatic calls to our Contact Centre SECURITY Financial data can be accessed by entering the user's name and password which you create yourself based on your PIN (Personal Identification Number) issued in the bank branch office. Data related to the accounts, transactions, as well as all other banking products and access data are not kept on your mobile telephone, whereby data security is guaranteed. After three incorrect log in attempts, the application is automatically locked for a defined period. HOW TO BECOME A USER? If you are a user of our Internet Banking, you will be automatically allowed access to Mobile Banking by using the same user name and password. If you are not a user of our Internet Banking, you may become a new user by submitting an application for E-banking service in the nearest branch office of Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd.

Od kako sam instalirao win 10 ne mogu da se ulogujem u aplikaciju jer dobijam samo neki crn ekran kada treba da ukucam korisničko ime i lozinku.

Fina aplikacija, cesto je koristim da proverim stanje. Slazem se sa recenzijama drugih da se zaista omoguci placanje racuna i transfer novca. Nije na odmet i da se malo osvezi korisnicki interfejs jer je aplikacija ruzna. Evo ja sam UI dizajner, imam lepu viziju kako bi ova aplikacija mogla izgledati, pogotovo sto dolazi Windows 10.

Aplikacija je dobra. Jedino sto bih dodao jeste opcija transfera novca na bilo koji racun, ne samo na racune u Raiffeisen banci. I da aplikacija moze da zapamti da se korisnik ulogovao da ne mora svaki put da se ukucava lozinka. Sto se tice sigurnosti drugog predloga mogao bih da predlozim da se koristi pin da bi se pristupilo aplikaciji.

Lepo izgleda i laka je za korišćenje. Mana je ta što izgleda jos nisu napravili da mogu da se plaćaju računi, jer meni opcija plaćanje ne daje nikakve opcije. Nadam se da će to srediti u najskorije vreme. Sve ostalo je sjajno. Svaka čast.
