XBOX and Microsoft have not been able to get together to fix the problem of Jigsaw not working. It has been over a week now
and said it would be fixed with the next update, which did not occur.

Get error code 0x83f8001. Have followed instructions but the block Is still there. Enjoy the challenges. Access ha been blocked since 7/8//17. Have tried everything.

This worked on Windows 8 but upgraded to Windows 10 and still isn't working. Just sticks on the Microsoft Jigsaw screen and then just sits there and then closes out! I have installed/uninstalled this app many times and it still doesn't work! This is the same with Microsoft Mahjong! Only thing that works is Microsoft Solitaire! Fix them Both!!!!

Was playing it for a while now until this past week. I would click on the Microsoft Jigsaw Icon and now it tells me that "Microsoft Jigsaw is not available to you." What is up with that?!?

Got this for the variety & topical puzzles, but now spend 99% of my time on the daily challenges. They add a twist that challenges your logic and reflexes that is highly enjoyable.

All of my puzzles have disappeared and the 325,00 + gold bars show only negative numbers.....I want my puzzles back and the bars in the positive again...play this every day.......

Game will not load. I keep getting 0x803F8001 for an error code. Did it two days in a row...then yesterday it let me in.....today back to the error code again. And NO it is not my connection or my
PC.
Still the same code four days later. Changing my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars.
And the same this morning.....same error code. The only difference is that Mahjong is doing it too. Please fix!!!

I love this app. Problem is, it gets glitchy and I have to shut it down in order to go on. I don't know if it is the adds causing the problem.

I looked at the 1star reviews & this error code problem looks like it started about 7/6/17. That is when it 1st showed up in a review. That is the same time my problem with it started so it is very recent problem. Love this game & hope they can find a fix
