I supposily have mcafee protectin and at present have been hacked and am unable to get into my lap top. I cannot find access to any site to correct ths problem.

McAfee is garbage. Does nothing but as for money all the time. Even when you buy the subscription it doesn't protect against anything and when it expires the Lenovo laptop doesn't work properly.

McAfee the worst security app I ever come across. SO very difficult to uninstalled in my Lenovo laptop. Daily pop up on my nerve . never never & never buy Lenovo with pre-install the worst app McAfee.

McAfee is the worst security software it comes pre-loaded on your computer & when you want to remove it because you have a better security program, it's complete impossible to it totally off your computer!! It eats up way to much space & slows your computer down way too much! Please give us the option to completely remove if from the HD if we wish to do so.

Not impressed. Difficult for an old man to set up. I stopped using McAfee years ago because of this. I thought they may have changed. Was ad to purchase years subscription at a reduced rate of $29.99. After installation I planned to take advantage of this offer. It has vanished with the wind. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Since the Lenovo H500 creates it's own partitions with "Anon" SSL Cert's and Keys, there is no reason to waste the processors time using it.... Beautiful platform for HACKERS since it will load multiple systems, not under one persons control!!!!

I have just purchased Mcafee software and have now had my computer rendered annoying by continued pop ups from McAfee, I will never purchase another thing from this company and will tell all my family of this annoying treatment of new customers.

So I buy a new Lenovo and 20 times a day a pop up letting me know my computer is at risk is provided by McAfee. I have tried to remove it but you can't until you call them and ask them to do so. Annoying is an understatement. Not only will I not purchase their product but I will write my first review ever just because they were so over the top. disappointed.

I have never liked McAfee. I have no idea why computer makers still use it. There are free AV & Internet Security suites available that are 10x better. Having McAfee means that right out of the box, you have to fix you computer. This rant is based on past experience with McAfee, not this version. If it works for you, great. I'm not giving them the chance, wasted too much time on them already. I'd give zero stars if allowed.
