always stops I have to reinstall

Was very good version of mahjong with no nonsense built-in but after some use the game just closes down and won't restart. Has to be uninstalled then reinstalled - works for a while then bombs again. I have done this several times but it is now getting too tedious. Would like to be able to download the installer to avoid repeated downloads but as can't do that won't bother anymore. Pity, paid for it!!!

If it wouldn't keep ejecting me out of the game. I've been playing this for over 2 yrs and this has never happened before. if you go to support page, they want you to pay $19.99. I've already paid $6.99 twice. Ron House, please fix this glitch.

Playing my best game and it closed! Lost everything! Automatically closes. When I try to reopen & click on icon window appears. Automatically closes. Also, cannot find the large selection of boards in first game I played. Tile variety is the reason I purchased game. Really, really frustrating! Supposed to be Windows 10 compatible. Developer~ Please fix this game! Please offer auto save feature. Could be 5 Stars. Update~ Can't access game. I want my money back.

I love this game but it occasionally stops working...as is the case now. I click on the game it appears and the automatically closes. Help. This is the second time, since purchase, that this has happened. If this game would continue to run I would give it 5 stars.

Just purchased the full version of this game and it is not working properly. I have tried many different levels and the same problem occurs. When I choose a tile IT DOES NOT LIGHT UP/ACTIVATE. What is the issue? Please resolve this problem or contact me so that we may discuss what is going on. I have played the free version many time and know how to use the layout.
