So great to have Lyft on Windows desktop + phone at last; I honestly never thought it would happen. I am cautiously optimistic that they won't lag *too* far behind other platforms. I look forward to using the "Business Profiles" feature, which is available on other platforms already.

There is no way to set up my profile and load my photo. The app seems incomplete. I cannot delete or change my payment method once a card is uploaded. I needed a ride at 3am and when I chose request I got an error saying can't connect due to poor connectivity. This is a lie because no matter where I request in my city now it says the same thing. Very risky for someone who downloads this app depending on getting a ride somewhere only to find it doesn't work.

It constantly gets my location wrong. Even after I manually enter addresses, the app insists on changing the value and it causes an incredible amount of frustration. The app also does not recognize that I have been picked up and allows me to request a new driver while inside a vehicle.

Windows Mobile users need to download the Lyft app so that the app can be continually improved. It looks and feels buggy right now but I'm sure it will improve with time. I thought I'd be stuck with Uber on Windows but having Lyft gives me an alternative. I sincerely hope they don't abandon this platform and work on making the app better.

Two out of three rides in RDU area cancelled by service, requiring rescheduling. App is up to date and there is no 'Ride history' tab to retrieve receipts. Am deleting app, will hope Ariana gets Uber straightened out.

Once a driver is assigned, the app does not even show where they are, and how long. It keeps erroring out! Text of driver assignment is also not there!

Great to have Lyft on the app store. Doesn't seem to work with Lyft Line? Otherwise, beautifully done app.
