Once you figure out how to use it I guess it's okay. Sucks that you can't preview a file without downloading it first. This app could be a lot better if you could 1. Preview files without downloading 2. Upload folders and not just individual files 3. Have the control icons stay on the screen 4. Do a tutorial when it's first downloaded.

1st - bad reviews because the user doesn't have an account to use the software should be ignored. The app is a free tool to use with your paid account. Should make sense. 2nd - The app has all the features you need to view and process transfers of small numbers of files. You have to use your file explorer application to process large amounts of files easily. 3rd - There is no status view to track the upload and download progress. Their online help shows the display, but it is from an older desktop version of software. Dropping this view is a big shortcoming.

Whats the point? If it does not work properly why roll it out in the first place? Don't be fooled by their marketing. When you go to their site where you can view your files you will have to download them to be able to play or view them. With these shortcomings it makes you wonder whether all of your files are really backed up well. I cannot believe that some regulatory agency in Britain does not address their business practices. They normally give you "support" by giving you links to knowledge base articles. They give no refunds. Buyer beware.
