The Line app (Windows version) lacks some capability that the IOS and Android versions have, but it's fairly stable and quite secure. My only comment is that it can drain battery a bit fast.

Finally found an app that had good quality video calling! Much better than Skype or Viber.

Video calls are smooth, unlike the incredible lag and choppiness I get with skype. I'll be using this app for my video calls for sure. Thanks Line!

Line, the chat and the free calls is awesome. Works great with the phone... Better than Skype as the app is written very well and behave the same across the different phone OS. Bluetooth audio connection is handle correctly for calls... Unlike Skype.
