This app is very laggy when my internet connection is bad, when my connection is bad, this app will laggy and force close. Open chat is very long time!!

Same problem, crashes A LOT. Is this a conspiracy to force us to use the desktop ones?! It's UGLY.

Please make the app smaller. In my phone it took about 731 MB. Does the app clear caches?

. Before the windows 10 update, the app was working fine. I noticed that I wasn't getting messages, but they were showing on the line app on my computer. So I closed the app and tried to restart it, I once again received the message it had been closed incorrectly. So I tried to uninstall and reinstall; however, when I went reinstall it won't reinstall again and keeps giving an error message shortly into the install. Over half the apps I had on my phone either no longer be accessed or give the same error on install since the windows 10 update. The same apps still work fine on my computers. These problems need to get fixed as I use my phone more than my computer due to the mobility of the phone.

Hello. Not sure if this is a line problem or Windows problem but after a few minutes of video call the camera automatically turns off. That's my only gripe. Great job with everything else.

4 stars for LINE giving huge update for WP users. will give that 1 last star if you include the audio message feature. UPDATE: I made it 2 stars because it's the biggest battery consuming app in my phone, lags most of the time and CRASHES IF YOU REINSTALL THE APP. please fix it. just scrap the welcome message at the start. UPDATE AGAIN: now I'm giving it 1 star. always crashes in the middle of group chat. terrible from LINE. please fix ASAP.

I can say the problem, I faced before is the windows's fault. Now after creator update this app rarely crash and run smoothly.

Chat load very slow when freshly opening the app or maybe it won't even load the chat history at all. I have to close the app and reopen it. 😒

First thanks for updates Second, there is problem with the screen, in an out going video call everything is right, but when it comes to an incoming video call, if don't touch the screen, the screen turns of after some seconds

The video call 📞 isn't working so good in icon mobile .. When I hide the bar the video call get bad and appear the end icon on the middle of screen ..
