Works only for a few minutes, then crash

My whole reason for installing this app was to use it with my chat channels and it appears that the windows version doesn't have them.

have this app on android and love it so I added it to my surface about a year or more ago, and now its no longer compatible with my surface tablet, please fix. tablet is always up to date
