Right after installing it shows a message that you should use the mobile website. Even though klm promotes the app on their website.

Cant download from the store. Had the app installed on windows phone 8, but dissapeared after upgrade

After reading the other reviews I was wary of the app quality but it is better than reviewed by others. The ability to check in, select my seat and add security info was what I needed so the app worked well for me. Would give 4 stars if I could save my mobile boarding pass. Update: After I missed a flight and was booked for the same flight the next day, the app continued to show my missed flights and my new flights. It did not enable me to check in or even verify my flight details. This error repeated on the KLM website and at an airport kiosk so that may not be app specific. Changing to 2 stars for this reason.

After the update everything works perfect for me. Decent booking flow, smooth checkin and clear access to my boarding pass. Nice app!

It was a good app to easily check in. But now its useless because all functions do not work because version is not corresponding error... Bad support for windows Phone users....
