You have to buy every character in the game which doesn't make since at all the game play is way too slow as well. I just don't see no point in a game like this if you have to pay for everything. SMH

Killer Instinct takes a lot from tropes and other fighting games, which I think is pretty cool. Each character has their own playstyle and mechanics as well, which really makes them all feel unique. There are some issues I come across though, such as sign in issues and not being able to access or buy stuff through the game at times.

I bought the definitive version to unlock the characters. and still the characters are not unlocked. please fix as I spent money on this.

I remember a character named ramm in gears of war In the ending and on killer instinct there's a character called ram and they do the same thing with the bat like creature's but kill instinct copied gears of war by taking a caracter

I purchased the definitive edition bundle on XB1 and I only got season 1 and 2 characters along with the classic killer instinct games. But I didn't get season 3 characters.

1.When playing online, I would love to see a platform icon (console or PC) as SF5 has so we can see where everyone is playing from. The developer Adam Isgreen was approached in the forums about this, but he said it could be used to accuse one another of cheating, it would definitely not be the case, it was not the case with SF5, why would it be the case with KI?. 2.When playing online/offline and using random select, it should be possible for the opponent to see you chose randomly in the form of an added icon next to the character selected. In the arcades random select was an intimidation tactic, kind of like saying "I'm so good I can beat you with anyone". Arcades are gone, so the only way to show off the "random select mad skillz" is if there is an added icon or some graphical cue. Thanks.

This is the best fighting game! (Next to the iconic Mortal Kombat) Its got the best combo system! Its so good!

the combo system is amazingly interesting and easy to learn, as a fighting game fan this has everything I was missing from other games, fun. Matches feel fun!

I dl, installed, and when trying to open the game, it shows the KI logo and then it fades away, then the program just shuts down!!! WTF?!?! I call BS

Now back in the day hell ya 20 bucks just to sit in the arcade and play KI all day long. But it seems like microsofts greedy ass thought that **** would work in this day and age. For all the people who stupidly give them more money for the characters there slowly giving you, go shot your self to those people who refuse to give then another dime because its clear as day there trying to get you coming and going good job. Microsoft I know for a fact the developers would have never made this game if they knew you were going to do this ********, hell if they did i can promise knowing how many micro transactions you'd put in they'd have handed you a piece of crap with KI name on it. If and you dont even keep your game up to date with the problems your community is yelling at you...... fix the mother ******* sync issue its been two ******* months. love the game, its amazing, however, it doesnt always let me log in to my xbox live account. and thats a huge pain, please fix this bug

The game is great, awesome gameplay and mechanics but the cut scenes are TERRIBLY laggy. I have a pretty beefy GPU and the rest of the game runs great, but the cut scenes are so laggy and take forever to get thru.

Initially I couldn't play this game, it kept saying "connection changed" and went back to the title screen. Open the xbox live app and use it to troubleshoot network connectivity. If the multiplayer connection doesn't work it will reset. Follow the instructions there and you'll get it to launch. The game is OK for a fighter though, it's not the same as the classic ones, but it still a great fighter.

finally the xbox one madcatz tournament edition 2 fightstick works with this game great graphics...now if this fightstick can work with other games.

i play this all the time when I'm bored the classic KI was my moms fav game one of my fav games is this and also minecraft

I remember liking the old school KI back in the day. This game is so much better and unique among fighting games. You have to do the training to learn how to formulate combos, and that takes some time to learn. But once you get the basics, the possibilities become endless. You can play every character decently if you know the combo system but mastery requires lots of practice. Really fun, beautiful game. Especially particle effects - just mesmerizing. Having fun on and on with this one! And can save progress between Xbox One and PC versions. That's just the coolest!

i grew up playing Killer Instinct as a child, and I ust recently found out that this game was available for PC. I never even bother to open the Windows Store app because what good is it. well when I saw this game was free, i immediately hit the download button. i dont think ive been so disappointed in my life. to have a game be completely empty of characters you can play as. Only character you can play as is a free rotation and its only one . everyone else you have to pay with money, no in game currency you earn through playing. just wow

Killer Instinct is a classic game with crazy off the walls comboing system. There is only one problem that I encountered and that is that there isn't a way to buy the Definitive Edition!! The only way to buy all of the content is to buy the individual season passes which costs more. I would love to keep playing the game but there isn't much going for me if I can only play one character in the roster.

Graphics, gameplay and online are all at top level for fighting games. The unique combo system is a joy to learn and master. An absolute must buy! Runs smooth, even on low-mid range pc's. The only con I ever hear about is how they sell the game. I for one think this is the best option for fighting games I have ever seen. You can play for free with one character that changes weekly, which is great to try the game. There are 3 seasons at $20 a piece, which is basically a normal priced game. They have deals now that you can get when u buy everything together, which makes it a lot cheaper. All the extras are just costumes and stuff, nothing major if you want to skip it. But the best is that you can buy just 1 fighter at a time for $5 if u want. So if u only like Sabrewulf or Fulgore you can buy just them. But I absolutely recommend getting the full game! If you are a fighting fan this can't be missed! The best 2D fighter on the market period. Forget SF5, Killer Instinct is where it's at

the thing is that am supposed to have all characters but it always says that there's problem with the system and doesn't le me use my characters

Just downloaded the game today and the only issue I have is not being able to download the definitive edition on pc. Clicking on the link takes you to the game store where there is NO button to click for purchase. Buying season 1/2 bundle with season 3 separately would cost you more.

Trying to bind the controller buttons in game, it freezes, and then closes the game out. Just reimaged my system to see if that was the case, but it is still not working.
