I tried to use it, but lagged when trying to get onto Facebook. Lagged when I tried to get onto anything. I have a gaming computer and high speed internet and lagging is not on my end. Horrible and needs to be revamped. :(

I do not like that I put AIM in, got this instead, and when I try to use the same password, it does not work, but claims to be the same program. If it isn't then, explain that.
And, if you bypass the first (and only) option to connect this to other programs, you cannot get back to the options, or at least not in any obvious or intuitive way. I wanted a quick, straightforward set-up to start using it the way I have before, and this is NOT that.

The first account that I tried was Facebook, logged in and nothing....kept going around in a circle....

Setup not intuitive! You end up setting up the same account over and over and over and getting the message the login has expired each time. Once you back up one screen it then starts working. No group chats available, a major function for me. Appears to do what it says it can do, but not very well. Absolutely not ready for main stream usage.

I was able to add one IM account and lost interest after not being able to figure out how to add another after 30 seconds. The chat apps available on Windows 10 are awful -- and this is supposed to be one of the best ones?

Completely and utterly incapable of storing account information. Added my Google account, authenticated, but it never showed up in accounts. Added Facebook, authenticated, and every time I try to login it says my Facebook session has expired and is completely unable to log in. Don't waste your time.
