Easy to use so I don't have to leave my home to get something fax'd. Inexpensive and I can have my own fax number.

Actually, very easy to use and a critical tool when sending a FAX is really needed. I normally use my iPhone to do this, but getting large PDF's there is very cumbersome. This works very well right from the PC. Only drawback is it is a bit pricey.

but still not worth the price. Can't read transmission reports If an attachment is too large, it will not transmit the fax.

Works as described and the cost is fair. The faxes go through but I have had a continuous string of issues with the software. Windows doesn't seem to synch with the Android version, notification do not work, I can only intermittently view my transmission reports....etc etc... For the price of sending a fax, it really is not a bad deal, but don't expect it to work cleanly. Using it for personal use is fine but I would not use this for business critical faxes.

I attempted to send a fax once and paid for it outright, it timed out. I tried to resend and was told I didn’t have enough credits. I need this fax sent so I bought 40 credits. The fax timed out instantly. I tried to send it again and then my account WAS SUSPENDED for sending spam. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Assembled the fax, all checked good, paid fee with PayPal, app transitioned to Sending Fax. 30 Seconds later, pop-up announces it timed out. Status bar said "Check Number". Number was correct, attempted to send again, but ran me back through PayPal to pay again. In a hurry, I paid again. Same behavior - time out, no credit balance for unsent fax (and yes, I was charged). Disappointing that Microsoft would host such a blatant rip-off in their Store. Live and Learn, I guess.

My FAX is with me wherever I go. No need for a telephone line, a physical machine or costly upkeep supplies or repairs.

I do not get any notice that the fax was successfully sent. Not of much use if I cannot get confirmation. Also clicking on the Contact Support link it just takes you to a web browser, not to a site or email address, nothing.

Program is subject to not sending a fax. (When you need it to) Support is slow. Off to UPS to send a fax after having been trying to use ifax for 3 days with no result

Rates are cheap and does exactly what it is advertised to do. Makes my life way easier.

Faulty app takes your money, faxes fail, then says you never paid. Been doing this since 2016. Google reviews b4 downloading.

Faxing existing documents works Perfect! However, on a PC there should be an ability to activate a twain driver from the app to use a existing physically connected scanner on the PC and there is no "F1" directions of any kind available, nor on the iFax web site.

On my Toshiba Windows 10 the only screen that comes up is "Please Switch To Full Screen Mode". BTDT but no going forward. Even tried resetting "Start Full Screen" with no result.

Junk, I don't like it at all. Even with the latest updates on Windows 10 running, it will not install. It's not my job to be a software developer and figure out the bugs. A waste of time.

Allowed me to fax overseas, no problem, and use old faxes as a template, a life saver!
