Is the artic portal only for mobile or is it only avaible during certain times

I love this game but hate the fact that the PC version does not get the new exciting updates like the android mobile version gets. Please get the new updates here too.

It's a really fun game to play. Also, it never crashes for me, and just barely lags during lightning speed Gold Rush. However, there's no Moby Dick in the windows phone version! And none of the portals work, as most of them don't even appear in the map!

Hai I'm new to this game and I hope you are too.. I been playing ROBLOX from 2015 to 2017 and I was looking at some game's and thought of typing in shark and this game popped up and I was like "hmm.. this game look's soo cool".
