From what I can tell this is basically Google Chrome in a window. If you click on a link in Gmail it just goes to a blank window and nothing loads. Not thought through in my opinion.

You don't need it when you have Chrome or Vivaldi Browser, but it's nice alternative for them if you have Windows 10 S. No one uses Bing or Microsoft Edge.

Like on iOS and Android devices there are many apps, so put them in Windows too so people can use Google's apps from Windows devices in addition to the other devices.

I want to see my Google Now information here. I could not find it. What's the use of a Google App without the Google Now. I'd rather use Chrome.

Good to access audio and video. Teds to have issue with stability and on audio not working well with deezer (30sec clips on some tracks only despite being available on direct connection) or other subscriptions. Lag on video is a significant issue so direct HDMI connection to TV is a more reliable but less convenient.

I just got an HTC One M8 to try a Windows Phone. I hoped I would be able to update to Windows 10... However, this app should be at the top of the list for apps available in the Windows Store! Why are they hiding this?

I was looking for a version of the Chrome Browser that would work with my HP AIO-OS 10. Evidently this is something of a "half and half smash-up". Edge does not support Dashlane extensions. I can't/won't use it.
