I downloaded but nothing comes up but a world map with no prompts. I had very good Google maps before but it disappeared. So extremely frustrating. Why do they fix things that aren't broke.

The GPS on this app first off doesn't work it shows my house location wrong by 2 houses. Then I try to click my house takes forever for it to finally recognizing my mouse is clicking. Then when I finally get it to show my address I click on the eye view I guess which is supposed to be the street view it's all wrong. Instead of it showing my house and street which is Willow St it takes me to the next street east of me which is Xanthia St both streets located in Denver, Co 80220. Then the app locks after a few clicks telling you to buy this worthless app in order to keep using it plus its not user friendly either so no way I'm paying for this worthless app that don't work and if I could give it a no star I would but am forced to give it a one star unfortunately with that said I'll stick to my internet maps much better.

Just downloaded the app. I am sitting in my home office so I allowed access to my location to check things out. Turns out, my street name is incorrect and according to gMaps I am sitting in the middle of a cold snowy field about 1/4 of a mile away. I'll give it a try for a little longer. Right now I am not confident with the accuracy of the program.

Had this app before on a different device and was satisfactory. It does not work on my new Surface Pro 4.

I was so impressed when I first installed this app - it was FAST, and looked wonderful! I was a little put out, however, when I realized you can't put in multiple destinations, but no big deal. I found the route I wanted to use for my next trip, and was SOOO happy - until I printed! You get the map, but only the FIRST SENTENCE of the directions on each page! What the heck? Went to the support page and saw that this has been an issue since 2015 that the developer either can't or hasn't bothered to fix! Uninstalling!

it is fluctuating while zoom in/zoom ou,t it is not clear also in smne instances does not show exact location few times it shows multiple points for single location

My Lumia 2520 is perfect, except no navigation. This a great app on any device. It's special. The design is lovely, it's a shame to not offer (voice) navigation.

This app is too hard to work with. It keeps marking places on the maps while you are moving the map around. You have to pay for the street view?!?!?!? I am deleting this one.

I can live with the location being off by hundred yards or so. It should be correctable. But today, it is off by 200 miles, not yards. Not much use trying to fond my way.

First impression: The app could use more options, and a lot more. However, it functions as it should so far.

I've used this program since the first year it became available. Back them it was just for business. Now I use it all the time, no matter the reason.
I strongly recommend it's use in anyone's daily routine. :-)

This map is okay...better than most other apps, but there are a few issues. We really should be able to set a default location instead of relying on our desktop's location, as mine is a couple hundred miles off. And, when finding an address and you go to Street view, it actually shows you an address a couple of blocks away, forcing you to move slowly down the street to find the address you had searched for. I run a delivery service and that is kind of a deal breaker for this map.

this is a lousy use of google maps doesn't show the 3d vew they show on the real website if your going to show us google maps give us all the features of the website ill give you more stars when you fix it

The idea of this app is great, but it does not show multiple search results for you to choose from. It picks the destinations for you and runs the path. This was taking me all around the country for specifically local directions. Great potential though.

This is the only way to put google maps on your windows device, and it could be better. The location it finds you at is miles off of where you actually are. Not only that, but the ui is very different from the actual google maps application. If you practice with the app though, it becomes very competent in what it set out to perform.

Simple searches that get the correct results in google maps get nothing here. Or, occasionally, something wildly inaccurate. If you do find what you're looking for and want directions, there is a friendly little button above the location for you to use. As long as you want them from "My Location". It apparently never occurred to anyone I might want them from somewhere else. Or that I might not have GPS enabled. Or to just open the directions dialog and leave it at that. Chimps could design a better app.
