if I can get the provider log in to actually work it's great. the problem is it takes more than 30 minutes worth of clicking the direct tv tab, waiting for nothing to load, and restarting the program to get the thing to allow me to type a user and password. then it goes no further. you make me want to throw my keyboard across the room.

Got this message EVERY time I tried to open the app. Never got passed it. Restarted my PC, the usual fixes and nothing worked.

The app skips, cuts out, and randomly rewinds. If this is still the case when the 2018 World Cup rolls around, it will be a massive embarrassment for Fox.
When it works, the picture is solid.

When this app works properly, it's great. But several stretches over the past month, I get an error saying: "your IP address is unreliable". I tried deleting and reinstalling, which worked once, but not since. Frustrating!

I like the app a lot, it seems to work well for me. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it plays the same few commercials every commercial break which gets extremely repetitive and annoying. What makes you think it would be ok to show the same commercial over 20 times during 1 baseball game? That Skip and Shannon Undisputed commercial got real old real fast, and those chevy commercials make me want to strike someone. Other than that I like the app.

Getting An unexpected error occured. Others also seem to have this issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled with same result.

I love the app, the stream works well. But there's a couple of things that needs fixing or adding. When I put the stream in full screen mode, the mouse arrow doesn't hide itself, it gets a little annoying see it on my screen at times. Also, I would like to see if you could add the escape key as a shortcut for closing out full screen. The mouse just needs to hide itself when viewing a game in general, especially for those who has a single monitor. That's all I have for small fixes, I have an idea that'll be cool to add. I am wondering if we could add split-screen and quad viewing so the fans can watch more of their favorite match-us with out having to switch. I love the app, it works well. Keep it up!

The app was working well for a while, but has recently started asking me to order the package to watch videos. I don't know if that means an error on the TV provider or the app. Either way, it means I can't use this app. So that's great.
